Utcon Engineers in technical collaboration with Ingotech Engineering Ltd., UK can supply completely automated Ingot Casting Lines for the production of primary and secondary aluminium, ferro aluminium, aluminium master alloys, copper, lead and zinc ingots.

One of the special features of this lines is the star wheel pouring system which consists of a single cast double spouted pouring wheel which is driven by the moulds on the ingot casting conveyor. It minimizes turbulence and the formation of dross leading to superior quality ingots.

We also supply downstream equipment for stacking, strappping, weighing of ingots and handling of ingot bundles.

We also supply sow casting machines and de-ox casting machines to suit customer specifications.
