This is a proprietary molten metal transfer and pouring system consisting of:

1. A pre-cast refractory box in a steel frame.
2. An adjustable stopper mechanism with replaceable ceramic stopper and delivery tube controls the flow from this box, and delivers the metal into the Star Wheel launder or tilting below the metal level to eliminate dross formation.
3. The steel frame is pivoted with the opposite side sitting on a load cell.
4. The load cell is used to monitor the gross weight of the box and aluminum.
5. This weight is constantly fed to a PLC that monitors fluctuations and will provide this data as an output to the furnace tilt control.
